At MarcCure, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. This page covers everything related to how we process, ship, and deliver your orders so you know exactly what to expect after placing a purchase on our website.
Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is usually prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. Our warehouse team works Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next working day. We make every effort to minimize delays even during holiday periods.
We try to keep our stock information as accurate as possible on the website. In rare cases where an item goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will fulfill whatever is available and get in touch with you regarding the remaining item. You will have the option to either wait for restocking or receive a refund for that item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order. The final shipping amount is clearly shown before you confirm payment, so there are no hidden charges. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay for shipping.
Domestic Delivery
MarcCure delivers across 100 plus cities in India. Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. In some remote or less accessible locations, delivery may take a few additional days. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team and we will look into it right away.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered contact details. You can use this link to follow your shipment in real time and stay updated on its current status and estimated arrival.
Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can update the address at any time before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
For orders being delivered to P.O. Box addresses, we ship using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. Box locations.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged at the time of delivery, we request that you reject it on the spot and immediately contact our customer support team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and you notice the damage later, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will take it forward from there.
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier. In the event that your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged during transit, we will process a refund or send a replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
Taxes
All prices displayed on MarcCure already include applicable sales tax. There are no additional taxes added at checkout for domestic orders. For international orders, import duties and taxes are handled and prepaid by us as mentioned above.
Out of Stock Items
If your order contains multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items right away. The remaining item will be sent separately as soon as it is back in stock. We will keep you informed throughout this process.
