Cancellation Policy
At MarcCure, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order after placing it. We have tried to keep our cancellation process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read this page carefully to understand when and how you can cancel your order.
When Can You Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order at any point before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible from our end.
Since our team processes orders quickly — usually within 2 business days of payment — we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order if you wish to cancel it.

Please keep your order details ready when you contact us so we can process your request quickly. Our team works Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Cancellation requests made on weekends or national holidays will be handled on the next working day.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched by the time you reach out to us, we will not be able to cancel it mid-transit. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives at your door. Once the parcel is returned to us, we will process your refund accordingly after inspecting the product.
Alternatively, you can accept the delivery and then raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details on how returns work.
Cancellation Due to Stock Unavailability
In rare situations where a product goes out of stock after your order has been placed, our team will reach out to you directly. We will give you two options — either wait for the item to come back in stock, or receive a full refund for that item. The decision will be entirely yours.
Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to you. Refunds are processed as store credit that can be used on a future purchase at MarcCure. You will receive a confirmation via email once the refund has been applied.
Shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
The following situations are generally not eligible for cancellation:
Orders that have already been dispatched and are in transit cannot be cancelled directly. You may refuse delivery in such cases as mentioned above.
Orders for products that were purchased during a special sale or at a heavily discounted price may have limited cancellation options. Our team will inform you if this applies to your order.
