Return & Refund Policy

At MarcCure, every product we sell is manufactured and quality checked by us before it leaves our facility. We take full responsibility for what we send out. However, we understand that there are situations where a return or refund becomes necessary, and we want to make that process as easy and transparent as possible for you.

Our Return Policy

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

Change of Mind

If you have received your order but changed your mind about the purchase, you can raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, completely unused, and in a condition that is suitable for resale. We will not be able to accept return requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery under this reason.

That said, we do review return requests made within 7 days of delivery on a case by case basis depending on the condition of the product and the reason provided. If you feel your situation is genuine, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Wrong Product Received

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately and send us a clear photograph of the item you received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you as quickly as possible after verifying the issue.

Damaged, Expired, or Defective Product

If the product you received is damaged, expired, or shows signs of tampering, take a clear photograph of the product and its packaging right away and contact our support team. Do not discard the product before speaking to us. We will guide you through the next steps and resolve the issue promptly.

How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team through any of the channels below and share your order details along with the reason for return and relevant photographs if applicable.

Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps. Please do not ship any product back to us without getting confirmation from our team first.

Return Shipping

The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by the customer. You will need to arrange the return courier on your own. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you have proof of dispatch.

For warranty claims where the return is confirmed valid, we will reimburse the return shipping cost once the claim is successfully processed.

Refund Policy

Standard Returns

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you by email confirming whether the return has been accepted. If accepted, your refund will be processed as store credit which can be used towards a future purchase on MarcCure. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims

If your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you can raise a warranty claim within 90 days of receiving your order. After we receive the product and verify the claim, we aim to process it within 7 working days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have three options to choose from:

A refund to your original payment method, store credit for a future purchase, or a replacement product sent to you free of charge if it is available in stock.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject it at the time of delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was already delivered and you noticed the damage afterward, reach out to us with photographs as soon as possible. Once the courier completes its investigation and confirms the damage, we will process a refund or send a replacement without delay.

Parcels Lost in Transit

In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping, we will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Once the parcel is officially confirmed as lost, we will process a full refund or send a replacement depending on your preference.

Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns in the following situations:

Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging are not eligible for return unless they are defective or expired. Return requests raised after 48 hours without a valid reason will not be processed. Products damaged due to improper use or storage at the customer's end are also not covered under our return policy.

How Long Does a Refund Take

Once a return is received and approved, refunds in the form of store credit are usually applied within 3 to 5 working days. For refunds to the original payment method under confirmed warranty claims, the timeline depends on your bank or payment provider but typically takes between 5 to 10 working days after we initiate the process.
